Terms of Booking at Lake Lodging LLC

Booking Process

The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details on the website.

Check-in & Check-out

Guests must check-in and check-out by the times stated below;

• Check-in by: 2:00pm on day of arrival
• Check-out by: 11:00am on day of departure

Payment

Payment can be made on line or over the phone. Credit or debit cards or cash are acceptable.

Cancellation & Non-Arrival Conditions

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of arrival date to avoid billing charge.

WiFi Fair & Appropriate Usage Policy

The internet is provided for guest use.

Damages & Lost Property

We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages.

Noise

Noise must be kept to a minimum after 11PM.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in rooms and within 10 feet of the building.

Pets & Service Dogs

We are a dog-friendly place, but must charge $20 as a cleanup fee.

Parking

Parking is at the guests own risk.

We are required to keep a register of guests including name and address, signature, and photo ID. All of your information will be held confidential,
